Since the takeover of PSG by the Qatar Sports Investments, the Ligue 1 powerhouse have tried to sign Wenger on three separate occasions.

The first time was back in 2011, when Nasser Al-Khelaifi first stepped into the PSG hot seat.

Then, in 2013, PSG tried to sign the Gunners boss after Carlo Ancelotti left the club.

The most recent approach came in 2014.

L’Equipe also claim that while Wenger, 66, has obviously brushed off PSG’s previous advances, they believe the manager could be inclined to join the club once his time at Arsenal comes to an end.

Wenger is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates Stadium.
