Positive news for Manchester United ahead of Stoke match
Premier League returns
With the international break out of the way, Premier League action returns this weekend with a full round of fixtures.
League leaders Manchester United face arguably their toughest test yet.
The Red Devils take on Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday.
Manager Jose Mourinho will have one eye on his side’s upcoming Champions League opener against FC Basel in midweek. Squad depth won’t be a problem for the Portuguese boss.
Man United have received a slight boost ahead of the game as they look to continue their 100% record.
Stoke injury worries
Potters captain Ryan Shawcross is almost certainly set to miss the game, having picked up a fresh back injury.

Shawcross’ injury could see new boy Kevin Wimmer make his first start for the club.
Wimmer was brought in toward the end of the transfer window on an £18m transfer from Tottenham Hotspur.
Kurt Zouma, Darren Fletcher and Mame Diouf will all face late fitness tests after missing out on the international break.
