Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola once again speaks on Man Utd star’s future

Agent continues to speak out

Paul Pogba’s outspoken agent, Mino Raiola, has once again discussed his client’s future, as cited by reliable source Fabrizio Romano.

Raiola was present at a Serie A meeting on Thursday afternoon, and, as he left, was quizzed on a potential return to Italy for his client.

Pogba’s current contract with Manchester United ends in 2022, and speculation has been rife as to whether he will opt to remain with the club, or leave for pastures new.

The Red Devils triggered a one-year extension in October 2020, but Pogba has pushed for a move in the past, and reports in 2020 suggested that he was ready to join Juventus even then. Other clubs, including PSG and Real Madrid, have also been linked with Pogba in the past, but a return to Juventus, from whom he joined Man Utd in 2016 for £93 million, seems the most likely.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer assured last year that the club were keen for him to remain.

Mino Raiola was subjected to a lot of criticism following an incident in December, with Pogba having seemingly contradicted his agent’s claims that he was unhappy at Old Trafford, when he said “I’m always happy when I win.”

The super-agent’s latest comments are likely to raise fresh questions over Pogba’s future, with the Frenchman currently out injured. Yet another Raiola distraction that player and club alike would likely rather have moved forward without…
