Paul Pogba ‘desperate’ to quit Old Trafford
Miguel Delaney, the Chief Football Writer for the Independent, has reported on Tuesday that Paul Pogba is “desperate” to quit Manchester United this summer.
Would Man United fans even mind if Pogba left the club?
Signed for 100 million euros from Juventus, having previously left the club for free, Pogba’s form for United has lacked consistency.
At the same time, the midfielder has clashed with former manager Jose Mourinho.
So what’s going through Pogba’s head? The Independent announce:
For Pogba’s part, some close to the player say that one of his primary concerns is United’s inability to challenge for the league, and how that does not look likely in the near future.
One of the reasons he initially went back in the summer of 2016 was because it felt like they could be on the brink of a challenge, and the 26-year-old does not want to spend his prime years waiting.

Real Madrid & Man United’s price tag
Rumours that Real Madrid could sign Pogba are ramped up by the Independent.
It’s claimed Pogba is “very keen” to switch to Real Madrid this summer.
Moreover, the report claims that Man United would consider selling their World Cup winner if they received around 130 million pounds:
While their official line is that Pogba is off-limits, there is a belief that a bid of over £130m could be enough to persuade them, especially since the French star’s marketing value has not been quite as stellar as anticipated.
