Manchester United and Liverpool are currently locked in Premier League action at Anfield.
Liverpool headed into the game looking to, temporarily at least, overtake Manchester City – who face Brighton on Wednesday – at the top of the table.
Manchester United, on the other hand, were looking to gain some ground on the top-four.
However, Liverpool headed into the game as clear favourites and so far, it is Jurgen Klopp’s side who are dominating proceedings.
Pogba accused of faking injury
And, unsurprisingly, Liverpool took just five minutes to open the scoring.
Sadio Mane dropped deep to collect the ball, dragging Harry Maguire out of position before slipping the ball in behind the Englishman to Mohamed Salah. From there, the Egyptian played a lovely ball to Luis Diaz who made it 1-0 with a composed finish.
Shortly after the goal, Paul Pogba started limping and was taken off after 10 minutes.
The Frenchman went down the tunnel but has since returned to the bench.
Now, after his poor start which saw him fail to even try and close Sadio Mane down during the build-up to Diaz’s goal, Pogba has been accused of faking his injury by some Manchester United fans online:
