It’s been a topsy-turvy season for Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Loftus-Cheek was sent out on loan from Chelsea to Crystal Palace at the start of the season.
After settling into the Palace XI, RLC missed a large chunk of the season through injury.
Indeed, Loftus-Cheek’s injury problems were so bad, he left Crsyatl Palace to return to Chelsea for treatment.
At the same time, Loftus-Cheek made his England debut in a friendly against Germany this season.

RLC has returned to the Palace XI in recent weeks as the Eagles battle to beat the drop.
And according to the Daily Mail’s Matt Law on Friday, if the Chelsea loanee manages to play out the rest of the season, he’ll be in the England squad at the World Cup:
Ruben Loftus-Cheek looks certain to be part of England’s World Cup squad if he can stay free from injury until the end of the season.
Manager Gareth Southgate wants the gifted young midfielder on the plane to Russia and was hugely encouraged to see him make his first start for Crystal Palace since December against Bournemouth last weekend.
England have been drawn against Tunisia, Panama and Belgium in their World Cup group.
