Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin were caught engaging in a heated discussion on the pitch during Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Stoke City on Easter Sunday.
A brace from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in the final 15 minutes eventually saw the Gunners labour to all three points.
Despite Arsenal leading the game, the duo appeared furious with one another with the German was seen mouthing “you talk too much” and “I’ll see you in the dressing room”.
‘You talk too much’
Just prior to Aubameyang’s second, the incident between the two took place after Bellerin’s pass failed to pick out Ozil.
The German was unimpressed when the defender blamed him for the ball trickling out of play, with Bellerin gesturing at him for not making enough effort to reach the pass.
Ozil reacted by telling the 23-year-old: “You talk too much” and followed up by warning him: “Wait ’till inside”.

The Spanish full-back took to Twitter to quash talk of a rift between the pair.
We both know you have no eyes for anything but your precious hair in the dressing room 😂 Just kidding! Love you too bro 😘 https://t.co/MS7UZcD9Yl

Ozil’s reaction to Bellerin was disgusting. If we had a proper captain he’d have got a smack in the dressing room for that. Ozil thinks he’s too good for criticism. He’s really not.
