Out vs Barcelona: Mohamed Salah injury update for Wolves

Liverpool’s Mo Salah out vs Barcelona

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed on Monday that Mohamed Salah is out of Liverpool’s Champions League semi-final second-leg against Barcelona.

Not only will Salah be missing, but Klopp also confirmed that Roberto Firmino is out of the clash too.

The German manager confirmed that Salah is out due to the concussion protocol. Klopp said:

Two of the world’s best strikers are not available for us tomorrow and we have to score four goals in 90 minutes. But we want to celebrate the Champions League campaign. So just try it, if not then fail in the most beautiful way possible.

Mo Salah vs Wolves

Liverpool close out their Premier League campaign with a home match against Wolves at Anfield.

Klopp has confirmed that Salah should be available for the Wolves match next weekend.

It remains unclear if Firmino will return for the Wolves match, though.

Man City can move above Liverpool if they beat Leicester tonight.

If City win their final two league fixtures, they’ll be crowned champions.
