Barcelona vs Man United
All eyes will be on the Camp Nou Tuesday, as Barcelona host Manchester United in the Champions League.
Is this the night that United’s European adventure ends?
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are 1-nil down after the first leg at Old Trafford.
While United beat PSG 3-1 in Paris in the last-16, beating Barcelona on their own home patch seems like a step too far.
Prior to Saturday’s unconvincing 2-1 win over West Ham, Man United had lost four of five games.
Ousmane Dembele & Leo Messi
The Times on Tuesday morning predict the respective line-ups for tonight’s quarterfinal second-leg.
In bad news for Man United, Barcelona are set to field their best XI.
Ousmane Dembele, the French forward, is poised to return to the team after a spell on the sidelines.
Leo Messi, who was rested last weekend in La Liga after his facial injury at Old Trafford, will also return to action.
Philippe Coutinho is also set to start for the Catalans, however the former Liverpool playmaker is set to form part of the three-man midfield.
No Luke Shaw, Alexis Sanchez bench
Manchester United have Alexis Sanchez and Nemanja Matic with them for the trip to Spain. Both players are returning from injuries.
The Times predict that the Chilean forward and Serb enforcer will start the Barca game on the Man United bench. Also out of the XI is Romelu Lukaku.
Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial are set to lead United’s attack.
Scott McTominay and Fred are tipped to line up alongside Paul Pogba in the middle of the park.
At the back, Luke Shaw is out due to suspension.
The Times expect Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot to begin the game in the United full-back slots.
