Following the arrival of club-record £53m signing Alexandre Lacazette, Olivier Giroud has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal.
However, the Frenchman is reportedly attracting the interest of Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan.
The two clubs are understood to be lining up moves to sign the 31-year-old next summer.
Limited game time
Giroud is yet to start in the Premier League this season for Arsenal.
The Frenchman recently reached a century of goals for the Gunners on his 237 appearances for the club.
Giroud is set to be dealt another set back with the return of Danny Welbeck.
Welbeck has recovered from an injury which has kept him out of action.
This news is also accompanied by the return of Alexis Sanchez to the starting line-up making game time near enough impossible to come by.
The 31-year-old nearly departed North London in the summer with Everton coming close to completing a deal.
At this moment in time, it is unclear as to whether Arsenal will allow him to leave.
Juve and Inter target
Juventus see Olivier Giroud as the perfect man to replace the departing Mario Mandzukic.
Juve already have the likes of Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain, but want a third striker.
Inter are on the look for a forward with their attacking options currently limited.
Despite this Inter are flying in Serie A, currently sat just two points off leaders Napoli.
Inter have only managed 14 goals in the league, 11 fewer than Napoli, so potentially, another forward is needed.
Arsene Wenger has confirmed Shkodran Mustafi could be out for six weeks with a hamstring injury.
He sustained the injury versus Azerbaijan whilst on international duty with Germany.
“We lost Mustafi for about four to six weeks. I don’t think he will be available before the next international break.
