‘Not good news’: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp speaks out on Ralf Rangnick to Manchester United

‘Not good news’: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp speaks out on Ralf Rangnick to Manchester United

Liverpool vs Southampton

Liverpool are back in Premier League action on Saturday, facing off with Southampton at 3 pm UK time.

Jurgen Klopp and co. head into the game having lost just one game across all competitions this season.

Despite this, Liverpool are actually four points off the top of the Premier League table, and a point behind 2nd placed Manchester City. The Reds are also only two points clear of West Ham, meaning they cannot really afford to slip up in gameweek 13.

Southampton, though, have been in decent form of late, and should be able to give Liverpool a run for their money.

The Saints did lose their last outing, but prior to that had remained unbeaten across a quartet of league fixtures.

Ahead of Saturday’s clash, Jurgen Klopp would speak to the press on Friday afternoon.

When doing so, the German discussed a number of topics, including team news.

The Liverpool boss also provided his thoughts on Ralf Rangnick’s imminent move to Manchester United, which he labelled as ‘not good news’, due to his fellow countryman’s tactical nous:

“Unfortunately a good coach is coming to England and Man United. He famously built two clubs from nowhere. United will be organised, which is not good news…
