No Eden Hazard, no N’Golo Kante: Chelsea’s probable XI vs Vidi

Chelsea vs Vidi

Chelsea are back in Europa League action on Thursday night at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues take on Hungarian side MOL Vidi as Maurizio Sarri’s men look to secure their second win in the competition.

On matchday one, Chelsea picked up a 1-0 away win at PAOK. Willian scored the winner on that occasion.

Chelsea come into the game in good form following last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool in the league. The Blues are unbeaten this season with seven wins and two draws so far.

No Eden Hazard, no N’Golo Kante

Surely Chelsea will beat Vidi, right?

Sarri is likely to rotate his squad significantly for tonight’s match in west London.

Considering the squad depth at Cobham, some of Chelsea’s top stars are expected to get the evening off.

That means that Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante, for example, will be left out of the Blues matchday squad.

Other regular Chelsea stars who are set to get the night off include Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcos Alonso and Jorginho.
