The Match of the Day running order
After a full week of European action, the Premier League returned in some style on Friday night as West Ham were beaten 3-0 by Brighton.
The drama continued on Saturday with Chelsea coming from behind to beat Watford, Huddersfield turning in a shock result against Manchester United.
And, no one was surprised that Manchester City beat Burnley. The day was completed with Sofiane Boufal scoring a wonder goal from his own half as Southampton beat West Brom 1-0.

Huddersfield first up on Match of the Day
Huddersfield’s reward for beating Manchester United is to be first on Match of the Day this evening.
No doubt the pundits will absolutely shred Manchester United to pieces. It is not like Jose Mourinho has held back on the Red Devils after losing to Huddersfield!
Chelsea’s comeback win over Watford is on second on Match of the Day.
Manchester City on third on Match of the Day
And, the runaway leaders of the Premier League, Manchester City, are on third.
Fourth up on Match of the Day is manager-less Leicester’s win at Swansea.
Then comes Bournemouth’s 2-1 win at Stoke, Sofiane Boufal winning it for Southampton against West Brom with a wonder goal and Newcastle’s late winner versus Crystal Palace.
Match of the Day closes out with Brighton’s sensational 3-0 win at West Ham on Friday night.
Match of the Day is on at 22.30 on BBC One and Huddersfield are already being congratulated on social media for appearing first on the show!
