Mohamed Salah credits two shock Liverpool players for incredible form

Surprising

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has been incredible for the side this season but he has given credit to two shock players for his form.

The Egyptian moved to Anfield in the summer from Roma in a deal that raised some eyebrows at the time.

The player had failed to have an impact at Chelsea and the club were willing to spend close to £40million to sign the player.

Though, it’s safe to say that the club’s faith in the player has been repaid tenfold.

Having scored 21 goals in the Premier League alone this season, he’s set to potentially break the 25 goal mark.

While you would expect the player to credit Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane with providing him, they weren’t the only names.

The Egyptian forward named two shock Liverpool players who have some questions hanging over them.

Safe to say, their confidence will go up having heart what Salah had to say.

Those two players come sin the form of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jordan Henderson.

The Ox has finally started to settle in at the club after a bumpy start to his Anfield career.

Henderson, on the other hand, is well into his and Liverpool fans are not happy with his performances at all.

It seems like Salah is, though.

They’re both top players [Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane] but so are Oxlade-Chamberlain and Henderson and everyone who plays near my position,” Salah told Four Four Two magazine.

“We know each other well because of the training every day, so when it comes to a match they make it easy for me. Actually, we make it easy for each other.

“We are all very happy together, we want to improve and have the best season we can.”

Bad for Arsenal: Thomas Lemar wants Liverpool move

One player who could also be helping the forward score next season is Thomas Lemar.

The Frenchman is set to leave Monaco in the summer and Liverpool are hot on his tail.

While they look to have competition from Arsenal, they have been handed a big boost today!

That is because there are now suggestions that a move to Anfield is his preferred destination.
