Watford’s great season looks to be taking a turn for the worse after their third defeat in four matches on Tuesday night.
Daryl Janmaat gave Watford an early lead at Crystal Palace but the home side capitalised on a late read card and injury, scoring twice in the final minutes as Watford finished the match with nine men on the field.
Despite their recent poor run of form, Watford remain in the top half of the table.
Huddersfield’s own form is hardly sparkling. Aside from their 2-0 win over Brighton last weekend, Huddersield have lost the rest of their last six.
To be fair to David Wagner’s side, they have faced Chelsea, Everton, Arsenal and Manchester City in that period.
The Terriers lost 3-1 at home to Chelsea on Tuesday night. Laurent Depoitre scored a consolation goal in second half stoppage time.

Nathaniel Chalobah, Craig Cathcart, Tommie Hoban and Isaac Success are all ruled out with knee injuries. Success is targeting a return before the end of the year, while the rest of the quartet won’t feature until 2018.
Younes Kaboul, Stefano Okaka and Will Hughes are also ruled out, while Miguel Britos is a doubt with a leg problem.
