Liverpool have suffered a potentially huge blow against Manchester City when their star man Mohamed Salah came off injured in the second half.
The Egyptian star has been possibly the best player in the Premier League this season and is no doubt the favourite for Player of the Year award.
Not only that, he was leading the top goalscorer charts in the Premier League by a fair margin, but that could now be at risk.
That is because the forward went off injured during the second half against Manchester City in the Champions League.
The player had already scored one goal during the game and provided an assist for Sadio Mane to head the side 3-0 ahead at Anfield.

Though, he had to be withdrawn early in the second half with what looked like a groin injury.
It certainly didn’t look like a minor injury either, as the player had to come straight off after feeling the problem.
He also was guided straight down the tunnel to be accessed by the medical team to determine the extent of the injury.
Liverpool are set to play Everton in the Merseyside derby on Saturday before facing Man City again on Tuesday.
While Salah won’t exactly be needed to beat Everton, he will certainly be pivotal in any hopes Liverpool have of seeing out this two-legged tie with City.
Safe to say, Reds fans will be hoping that it’s nothing serious.

Mo Salah injured and straight down the tunnel. Nothing we can do apart from pray he’s ok and it’s a smart precaution at 3-0.
