Chelsea vs Man United

Will Chelsea or Man United reach the FA Cup quarterfinals?

The Premier League rivals meet at Stamford Bridge tonight in the final match of the fifth round.

Chelsea come into the game after beating Malmo in the Europa League.

That result papered over cracks opened up in the 4-0 loss t aBournemouth and 6-0 defeat at Man City.

Man United, meanwhile, lost their first match under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer against PSG in last week’s Champions League action.

Martin Keown: Chelsea will beat Man United

According to Martin Keown, Chelsea will beat Man United tonight in west London.

Keown, writing in the Daily Mail, explained his reasoning for backing the Blues over the Red Devils:

This Chelsea team have been rocked to the core but it might take hitting rock bottom to jolt their season back into life. Now they have to show pride in their performance.

United showed PSG far too much respect in their Champions League loss and they cannot afford to do the same to Chelsea.

If fear starts to creep back into these players’ performances, their FA Cup dream will come to an abrupt end at Stamford Bridge.

Mohammed Bin Salman & Man United

Switching topics, over the weekend rumours popped up linking Mohammed Bin Salman with a possible takeover of Man United.

It was claimed that the Saudi Arabian Crown Prince was ready to spend 3.8 billion pounds to buyout the Glazers.

However the Saudi authorities have since denied the rumours wholeheartedly.
