Injury blow ahead of huge clash
Manchester United have suffered an injury blow to midfielder Paul Pogba ahead of their derby clash with Manchester City on Sunday.
The Manchester derby is hotly anticipated and there has been plenty of talk ahead of the game.
Though, everyone is now talking about Paul Pogba on Friday evening.
That is because the player is now a doubt for the game against Manchester City.
Pogba has not had the best of times this season but has also shown his quality in some games.
That means that it would be a blow if the Frenchman was not available for the game.
Details of Pogba’s injury
It is Sky Sports who have been reporting Pogba’s injury this evening.
They claim that Pogba missed training on Friday ahead of the Manchester derby.
Though, they do claim that the Frenchman trained indoors during the day.
Their report reads: It is understood that Pogba did indoor work at the Aon Training Complex on Friday as a result of the issue. United will be hoping that what is being described as a “little injury” will not keep the World Cup winner out against City.
Paul Pogba did not take part in first team training today because he has a minor injury. He trained away from the rest of the mufc squad. Pogba has one more training session tomorrow to prove he’s fit enough for the derby. Sánchez and Lukaku did train today & looks set to be fit

Speaking on Friday, Jose Mourinho also confirmed that Romelu Lukaku is touch and go for the game.
“Lukaku is training with the team this morning,” he explained, as also quoted by Sky Sports.
“We have of course one more session tomorrow, but if the answer is positive, he’s ready.
“But in this moment, I can only say he trains with the team. I don’t know his answer.”
