Manchester City vs Bournemouth

Manchester City are smashing so many records right now…

Manchester City 4 – Bournemouth 0

It was another brilliant performance from Manchester City on Saturday against Bournemouth.

No one expected much from the Cherries, but once again City simply did not allow Bournemouth to get out of defence and simply pummelled them with pace going forward.

The Manchester City win was pretty much never in doubt once Sergio Aguero claimed the opener on 27 minutes.

Manchester City added gloss to the scoreline in the second half thanks to goals from Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero again and Danilo.

17 Premier League wins in a row for Manchester City

The record everyone knows about is that Manchester City have now won 17 Premier League games in a row.

This is not just a Premier League record but also an English top flight record and it is seemingly never ending.

The record had stood at 15, but Manchester City beat that at Manchester United with their derby win.

It was extended to 16 against Tottenham and now 17 today, versus Bournemouth.
