Rojo’s time at Man United
Marcos Rojo joined Manchester United in the summer of 2014 from, Sporting CP.
United are believed to have paid around £18m for the Argentine’s services.
In total, Rojo has featured 113 times across all competitions for Man United, scoring two and assisting four.
Rojo has also won the FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League during his spell in Manchester.
However, during his time in England, Rojo has had a fair few injury problems, making it hard for him to hold down a regular starting spot.
The central defender has missed a staggering 93 games for Man United due to his injury woes.
Rojo to Turkey
Rojo did not feature for Manchester United in their opening fixture of the new Premier League season vs Chelsea.
The 29-year-old also looked as though he could have been on his way to Everton on transfer deadline day, but Sky Sports reported that the Toffees refused to pay his asking price.
While the English window has since shut, the European transfer window is still open, and Rojo looks to be trying to take advantage of that.
According to The Times, Rojo is pressuring Man United into letting him join Turkish outfit Fenerbahce on a season-long loan.
The Argentine has two years left on his current Manchester United contract, with the Red Devils, as per the report from The Times, valuing the defender at £25m.
