The latest social media activity on the part of Manchester United star Lisandro Martinez is no doubt set to bring a collective smile to the faces of Red Devils fans across the globe.
This comes with the Argentine international inching towards an imminent return to action.
Stopper Martinez, of course, was forced to sit out the final months of Man United’s recently-completed campaign.
This came after the former Ajax standout, amid a stellar debut campaign at Old Trafford, suffered a fractured metatarsal in his right foot, during a Europa League quarter-final showdown with La Liga outfit Sevilla.

Martinez, in turn, was forced under the knife, ultimately missing all of his side’s final 12 fixtures of the season.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest social media activity on the part of the all-action defender is anything to go by, then the Red Devils faithful need not fret when it comes to Martinez’s availability for pre-season, set to kick into gear next month.
The assumption is therefore that Martinez will continue in efforts to strengthen his foot over the weeks ahead, before linking up with the rest of Erik ten Hag’s squad for pre-season in July.
