Basel v Man United
Manchester United take on Swiss champions Basel on Wednesday night.
Despite winning all four of their group A matches, Jose Mourinho’s side are yet to seal qualification to the round of 16.
A draw against Basel would confirm their progress, although they’d also qualify if they lost and CSKA Moscow failed to beat bottom side Benfica in the group’s other game.
Eric Bailly & Phil Jones
In Man United’s final training session before the Basel game, three players were noticeable absent.
At the back, both Eric Bailly and Phil Jones were missing. Both players also missed last weekend’s win over Newcastle.
Prior to Newcastle, Jose Mourinho has revealed Eric Bailly had picked up an injury. But it’s still not exactly clear what’s keeping the Ivory Coast on the sidelines.
As for Phil Jones, he’s been out of action since he went on England international duty.

Both defenders look certain to miss the Basel game.
Will they be fit for Saturday’s Premier League match against Brighton?
Michael Carrick also remains absent through injury.

Pogba, Zlatan & Rojo
While Man United have injuries, they’ve also welcome back Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo.
Paul Pogba returned with a goal and an assist against Newcastle.
Ibrahimovic came off the bench for the last quarter of an hour.

Rojo was an unused substitute and is likely to see some action on Wednesday.
Many Man United fans will also been looking out to see if Henrikh Mkhitaryan plays against Basel.
The Armenian was completely dropped from the squad against Newcastle.
