Manchester United & Juventus
There are just four days remaining in the Premier League transfer window.
Will Manchester United ever shift Romelu Lukaku?
Will Juve sign the Belgian?
And what’s going on with rumours linking Paulo Dybala to Old Trafford?
As time runs out for clubs to do business, the Sunday Times indicate that in the final days of the window, the shape of Man United’s squad could alter significantly.
Paulo Dybala & Mario Mandzukic for Romelu Lukaku
Reporter Duncan Castles leads Man United fans to believe that Lukaku could join Juve in exchange for Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic:
The Sunday Times understands that United have negotiated a deal that would see Dybala and Mario Mandzukic leave Juventus, with Romelu Lukaku moving in the other direction.
The Italian champions are happy with the terms of a transaction that would allow them to secure Lukaku without paying a transfer fee while simultaneously shifting Dybala and Mandzukic off a wage bill swollen by the high-cost acquisitions of Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs de Ligt in successive summer windows.
Mandzukic may be 33-years-old, but he remains a key figure in the Juventus squad.
Last season, the Croat scored 9 goals and chipped in with six assists in 25 Serie A matches.
Mandzukic: We’ve heard this before
This isn’t the first time that Mandzukic’s name has been thrown into the Lukaku-Dybala mix.
A few days ago, Mario Gago Huerta, the Italian reporter for Spanish radio station Onda Cero, floated the same suggestion.
Huerta claimed that Dybala is asking for wages of 10 million euros a season to switch to Old Trafford.
In a separate update, he claimed that Juventus are considering offering Mario Mandzukic to Man United as part of the Lukaku deal.

Moreover, the Sun have previously claimed that Man United could sign Dybala and Mandzukic in the Lukaku exchange.

So will this triple swap deal happen?
According to the Sunday Times, the deal rests with Dybala.
The Argentine could trigger the amazing transfer if he agrees to join Man United.
For the record, there’s no mention of how Mandzukic is viewing a possible move to Manchester.
