Man United fans take aim at 'horrific' trio amid Chelsea clash


 

Manchester United's supporters have flooded to social media on Thursday evening, to make their frustrations with three particular members of Ralf Rangnick's squad clear.

The Red Devils, of course, are currently locked in Premier League action.

After seeing the club's top-four hopes all but brought to an end at the hands of Arsenal last weekend, Rangnick's troops welcomed Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea to Old Trafford, eyeing a much-needed return to winning ways.

To say that efforts towards such a result have not gone exactly according to plan thus far, though, would be something of an understatement.

A sloppy, disjointed and frankly dismal display across the clash to date has seen United utterly dominated by Chelsea, who, had it not been for persistent wastefulness on the part of Kai Havertz, would already be at least a goal to the good.

'Horrific'

Amid just the latest in a lengthy string of underwhelming showings on the part of their side, it should therefore come as little surprise to hear of the Manchester United faithful being firmly up in arms.

Taking to social media in their absolute numbers, fans of the evening's hosts have therefore opted to take aim at the club's stars in ruthless fashion.

The likes of Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Elanga and Diogo Dalot have all been subjected to heavy criticism.

None, however, as showcased below, have been more widely targeted than the struggling trio of Alex Telles, Scott McTominay and Marcus Rashford:
