Ander Herrera has spoken about life at Manchester United during a Twitter Q and A session, and it seems the Spaniard is happy at the moment.
After already crediting Jose Mourinho with the upturn in his form and the reason he’s broken into the Spanish squad at international level, he has now said that he wants to retire at Old Trafford.
Herrera has settled into Manchester well, and with friends Juan Mata and David De Gea also at the club, has managed to build a life off the field as well.
Have to be the best
Herrera said that while he would ideally like to retire at United, that might not be possible given the standard of players the club have, yet would join the likes of Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes should he manage to do so.
Haha that would be nice but you have to perform very good every year because everyone wants to play for United https://t.co/W7LbC2tQ2w

For the immediate future, Herrera looks like staying at Old Trafford, having become one of the players Jose Mourinho relies on and trusts the most.
