Man United adamant Real Madrid target Pogba won’t leave this summer

Real Madrid interest

Since Zinedine Zidane took charge of Real Madrid for a second time rumours have emerged linking Paul Pogba with a move to the Bernabeu.

On Monday morning, reports emerged in Spain claiming that Pogba had made up his mind and would leave Old Trafford this summer for the Spanish capital.

The Frenchman has also been flirting with a move to Madrid while on international duty.

Speaking to the media last week, Pogba claimed it would be a dream for any player to move to Madrid. Especially with Zidane at the helm.

The bookies have also recently slashed the odds on Paul Pogba joining Los Blancos.

Man United want to build around Pogba

However, the Evening Standard is now reporting that Manchester United are adamant they will not sell Pogba this summer.

Pogba has two years left on his current United deal. The club are said to be keen to work on a fresh agreement.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also reportedly eager to build his squad around both Pogba and Marcus Rashford, should he get the job.

The Standard further outline Jadon Sancho, Bruno Fernandes and Kalidou Koulibaly as key targets for OGS.
