Man City’s Pep Guardiola confirms Kevin De Bruyne is ‘fully fit’ ahead of West Ham

Man City’s Pep Guardiola confirms Kevin De Bruyne is ‘fully fit’ ahead of West Ham

Man City vs West Ham

Manchester City return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon.

The Sky Blues will play host to David Moyes’ West Ham in the day’s early kick-off.

City, of course, head into the tie in simply sensational form.

Their latest outing saw them notch a 2-0 win over German outfit Borussia Monchengladbach on  Wednesday evening in the Champions League. Said win was City’s 19th straight victory across all competitions.

Such fine form has seen the Manchester powerhouse open up a 10-point gap atop of the Premier League table.

And with just 13 games of the season remaining, Pep Guardiola and co. do look to be well on course for a 3rd league title in four seasons.

Saturday’s game, though, is unlikely to be a breeze for Man City. West Ham are having a superb season under Moyes and will begin the weekend up in 4th spot after going unbeaten in their last four outings.

Pep Guardiola on Kevin De Bruyne

Pep Guardiola would hold his pre-West Ham press conference on Friday.

During the presser, the Spaniard confirmed that Kevin de Bruyne is fully fit:

“He’s fully fit. He was fully fit against Gladbach as well. I will not say anything different. He is a key player for us. In the last part of the season, he will be so important.”
