Man City lead the way, Chelsea close behind: Every Premier League player still active at Euro 2020

In this article, we take a look at the remaining Premier League representation at Euro 2020, including which club boasts the highest number of players still active.

Quarter-finals approach

The coming days will of course see the 2nd knockout round of European Championship fixtures get underway.

After a thrilling Round-of-16, which featured two of the most entertaining outings in the recent history of international football, a further eight nations were eventually sent packing from the tournament.

The sides in question include both World and European champions France and Portugal, as well as further heavyweights in the form of Germany, the Netherlands and Croatia.

This leaves just 8 countries – Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ukraine and England – to battle it out for the title of Europe’s finest over the course of the coming weeks.

City out in front

And, as outlined, with less than 24 hours now separating fans from the highly anticipated quarter-finals getting underway, we have this evening taken a look at the remaining Premier League representation at Euro 2020.

The English top-flight boasts, by some way, the highest percentage of stars still in play at the tournament, featuring key players from all eight nations.

Which club, though, leads the way when it comes to individual representation? That honour goes to Manchester City.
