Man City double injury boost before Chelsea

Man City vs Chelsea

It’s been an awesome week at Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola won his first trophy with the Sky Blues last weekend at Wembley. City blew Arsenal off the park in the 3-0 win in the Carabao Cup final.

On Thursday night City beat the Gunners 3-0 again in the Premier League.

Will Chelsea be able to stop Guardiola’s men on Sunday?

Following defeat at Old Trafford last week, Chelsea dropped out of the top four as they were finally punished for their poor run of form.

Chelsea have lost three of their last four Premier League fixtures, with worrying defeats against the likes of Bournemouth, Watford and Man United putting manager Antonio Conte under immense pressure.

Kyle Walker & Raheem Sterling

On Saturday night, well-connection Spanish journalist Jose Alvarez Haya has been reporting on Man City’s squad before the Chelsea game.

Kyle Walker was subbed out the Arsenal match on Thursday with a calf issue.

Guardiola has been confident that Walker would be fit for the Chelsea game, and the defender has been in training on Saturday.

Raheem Sterling is also available for selection again after he missed the double-header against Arsenal with a hamstring problem.

Predicted Man City vs Chelsea line-ups

On Saturday the Times had a hand at picking the line-ups for the City-Chelsea game.

Looking at City’s XI, Walker made the cut but there was now room for Sterling in the team.

Chelsea are predicted to field a side with a recognised striker, as Alvaro Morata was left out the XI.
