Everton have a pretty big injury boost ahead of their game with Watford this weekend with the Toffees needing a win to steer further away from the drop.
Sam Allardyce’s side have certainly not had the greatest of seasons after Ronald Koeman was sacked and the former England boss brought in.
Things did get initially better but the side then fell into a horrific run of form that saw them dragged back down the table.
Now, the side are starting to get the wins they need to secure themselves in the Premier League for another season.
Not only that, after the win against Leicester, the side could even be in the hunt for 7th which could get them a Europa League spot.
The Toffees would no doubt take that after the worst season in their recent history has blighted a summer of much optimism.
Though, to get this season over the line, they need everyone they can get and one player is set to return to the fold.
That player comes in the form of defender Ramiro Funes Mori, the Argentine centre-back.
The player has been out with a long-term problem for almost a year with a knee injury.
With Eliaquim Mangala suffering a long-term injury on only his second game with the Blues, they need reinforcements at the back.
Now that the window has closed, Ramiro will hopefully bring the defensive solidity that the side have been crying out for after he confirmed on Instagram that he is ready to play again.
Not only that, the player is a naturally left-footed defender, the reason Mangala was brought in.
