Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren & AC Milan
The likes of Sky Sports have recycled reports out of Italy on Wednesday, linking Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren with a possible move to AC Milan.
Sky Sports have told their readers:
AC Milan are interested in signing Liverpool centre-back Dejan Lovren, according to Sky in Italy.
The Serie A club have not made a formal offer at this point but will make their move once, as expected, Sampdoria boss Marco Giampaolo takes charge.

Lovren’s Liverpool contract
29-year-old Lovren is under contract at Anfield until 2021.
Lovren joined Liverpool from Southampton back in 2014.
Last season, the Croatian international defender only made 18 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions.
Joel Matip was the main partner for Virgil van Dijk at the heart of Jurgen Klopp’s defence. Lovren also appears to be behind Joe Gomez in the Anfield pecking order.
Lovren’s price tag & clarification on AC Milan’s position
According to Times reporter Paul Joyce, Liverpool wouldn’t even consider selling Lovren for less than 25 million pounds.
At the same time, Joyce has confirmed that AC Milan haven’t contacted Liverpool to open talks over Lovren.
However, the reporter has indicated that Milan’s interest appears to be genuine.
Would take bids of at least £25m for Liverpool to even consider letting Dejan Lovren leave. No contact from AC Milan, but their prospective new sporting director Ricky Massara rates Lovren highly. @TimesSport
