Adam Lallana joined Liverpool in 2014 for a fee of around £28 million from Southampton.

Since joining Liverpool, however, Lallana has had his fair share of injuries.

In total, Lallana has suffered 11 separate injuries during his tenure at Anfield.

Those injuries have kept him out for a total of 382 days.

They have also forced Lallana to miss a staggering 67 games for the Reds, over a season’s worth of games.

Lallana’s most recent injury was suffered earlier in the season.

The 30-year-old had made just one three minute appearance for Liverpool this season vs Crystal Palace before suffering a groin strain.

As a result, Lallana has missed Liverpool’s league games vs Tottenham, Southampton, Chelsea and Manchester City.

He has also missed both of Liverpool’s Champions League clashes vs PSG and Napoli.

However, the Englishman has given Liverpool fans some good news regarding his recovery period.

According to The Times, Lallana is expected to be back fit after the international break, just in time for Liverpool’s clash with Huddersfield next Saturday.

Liverpool vs Huddersfield

Liverpool will head into their game with Huddersfield joint top of the Premier League alongside Chelsea and Manchester City.

The Reds are also unbeaten in the league this season having won six and drew two.

Both of Liverpool’s draws came against their fellow title rivals Manchester City and Chelsea, with City being their most recent game before the break.

Liverpool have, however, suffered two defeats this season.

The first vs Chelsea in the League Cup and the second vs Napoli in the Champions League.

Huddersfield, on the other hand, come into this game 18th in the league.

They have yet to win a league game this season, instead, they have drawn three and lost five.

The Terriers have also let in an astonishing 17 goals in eight league games this season.
