Liverpool release new footage of Everton game, including Mane-Salah & DCL incidents

Liverpool 1 – Everton 1

This past Sunday featured one of the most contentious Merseyside derbies for some time.

Liverpool were held to a 1-1 draw despite Mohamed Salah’s excellent opening goal.

Jurgen Klopp’s side should have gone 2-0 up just after the first goal, but Sadio Mane shot wide instead of passing to Mohamed Salah.

This resulted in Liverpool eventually drawing the game but also fears that Mane is jealous of Salah’s success.

Mane & Salah in deep discussion

On Tuesday, Liverpool have released their regular YouTube video after a home match, titled “Inside Anfield.”

This is a Tunnel Cam type video and it features the half-time discussion between Mane and Salah.

From around the 7:40 mark, we see Mane and Salah in talks together and it seems that the Egyptian star is upset with the Senegal attacker.

Yet, there is clearly no major issue between the pair.

Did Dominic Calvert-Lewin dive?

Also on the video below is ground level footage of the Everton equaliser.

Wayne Rooney played a long ball forward, Dejan Lovren appears to push Dominic Calvert Lewin, and Everton won a penalty.

This was converted by Wayne Rooney but it has caused plenty of debate regarding Calvert Lewin and whether the youngster dived.

It would appear that Liverpool certainly think DCL dived as the clip they use on the video below (at 8:40) shows very little contact from Lovren…
