Chalov the rising star
Fedor Chalov is a product of CSKA Moscow’s youth system, and was promoted to their senior side in January of 2017.
Since stepping up to CSKA’s first-team, Chalov has proven himself to be a very capable forward.
The 21-year-old has already racked up 86 appearances across all competitions for CSKA, in which he has scored 30 and assisted 14.
This past season saw Chalov net 17 and assist seven in 37 outings.

After impressing for CSKA Moscow both domestically and in the Europa League, Chalov looks to have caught the eye of some of England’s top clubs.
According to the Mirror, Liverpool have joined the race for Chalov, who is said to be valued at around £20m.
Jurgen Klopp recently gave an update on Liverpool’s transfer plans, and while he did say that he didn’t think it would be a big transfer window, Klopp did not rule out signing players:
“Rhian Brewster; Oxlade-Chamberlain didn’t play last year; all the young boys today. They are all new players for us, that’s all good.
“The transfer market is open until August 8. The whole of Europe had the idea to close the transfer window early and the only country that did it was then England, so we close it now three weeks before all the others.
“We will see what we do but I don’t think it will be the biggest transfer window of all time.” As quoted by the Mirror.
The report from the Mirror also names Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham as having an interested in Chalov.
