Bayern Munich vs Liverpool
Liverpool travelled to Munich for the second leg of their Champions League tie on Wednesday.
The Reds were looking to make it four out of four for English clubs in the round of 16 after Man City joined Man United and Spurs in the quarter-final with a 7-0 thrashing of Schalke.
Liverpool did head into the second leg with a bit of a disadvantage though as they drew the reverse fixture 0-0 at Anfield.
This was especially bad for Jurgen Klopp’s side given their awful away form in Europe this campaign.
Liverpool played three of their group stage games away from home and lost them all.
Henderson injury blow for Liverpool and England
After an impressive showing at centre-back in the first leg, it was somewhat of a surprise to see Fabinho on the bench for the second leg.
However, the Brazilian would be called into action just 13 minutes into the game.
Jordan Henderson looked to be dealing with a knock early in the game and would eventually have to be brought off.
Fabinho replaces injured Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson in the 13th minute in Munich.

Not only is this a blow for Liverpool but Henderson will also likely be out for England’s upcoming games.
Gareth Southgate named Henderson in his squad on Wednesday to face Czech Republic and Montenegro.

This may be a blessing in disguise for some England fans though as now the likes of James Ward-Prowse and James Maddison may receive a call-up.
