Mohamed Salah of Liverpool and Egypt won the award last year after having a superb first half of the 2017/18 season with Liverpool.
Riyad Mahrez would win it the year before and Arsenal’s Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang would take home the award in 2015.
Liverpool and Arsenal stars feature
All three have once again made the 10 man shortlist for the 2018 award.
