Jamie Vardy loves playing against the very best!
When previewing the Manchester City vs Leicester City match on Saturday, many felt The Foxes had very little chance.
If they were to get anything it would be down to one man: Jamie Vardy.
And, that was due to the fact that Riyad Mahrez was on the bench for Leicester after sulking following the failure to secure a transfer deadline day move to Manchester City.
When Raheem Sterling gave Manchester City an early lead at The Etihad, there must have been many Leicester supporters fearing the worst.
And, to be fair, Manchester City had a fair few chances before Jamie Vardy does what he so good at!
Jamie Vardy scores against Manchester City again
Jamie Vardy is in a rich vein of form right now and Manchester City gave the England striker a sniff he did not miss.
The ball was given to the Leicester striker and Vardy bore down on new Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte.
The ball took a slight deflection when Vardy did shoot, but it streamed past Ederson for 1-1.

This marked Vardy’s 43rd game against the Top Six in the Premier League: Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.
