Jordan Ayew & Swansea City
Can Swansea win promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking?
That’s a big ask for the Swans, following last season’s Premier League relegation.
Since going down, Swansea have already seen several players leave the Liberty Stadium.
Kyle Bartley, Lukasz Fabianski, Borja González and Sung-Yueng Ki have all left the club. While the Ayew brothers, Jordan and Andre, are both being linked with summer exits too.
Leicester City vs Fulham
According to the Times on Tuesday, Leicester City have taken the lead from Fulham in the race to sign Jordan Ayew:
Leicester City have had talks about signing Jordan Ayew, the forward, from Swansea City who have rejected an £8 million offer from Fulham.
Jordan Ayew, 26, netted seven goals in the Premier League in 2017-18. He also chipped in with two assists in the league.
On a side note, Andre Ayew is reportedly close to a loan move to Fenerbahce this summer.
Fabri to Fulham
Although Fulham seem to be set to miss out of Ayew, the Cottagers are closing in on a new keeper.
Besiktas goalkeeper Fabri is all set to complete a £5m move to Fulham.
The 30-year-old Spanish keeper recorded 12 clean sheets last season as Besiktas finished fourth in the Turkish Super Lig.
It’s already been a busy summer at Craven Cottage following their Championship playoff final win over Aston Villa.
In the headline news, Jean Michael Seri and Maxime Le Marchand have both joined Fulham from Nice for a combined fee over 30 million pounds.
