According to a report from Tuttosport via TalkSport, Italian giants Juventus are eyeing a move for Chelsea winger Pedro.
Pedro, a 30-year-old Spanish international who made his name during a trophy-laden stint with Barcelona, made the move to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2015 for 26 million Euro plus bonuses.
He has been in and out of the Chelsea team since, but has developed into an extremely valuable member of Antonio Conte’s squad over the past year.
In total, he has racked up 21 goals and 16 assists in 86 appearances for the Blues.
Despite Chelsea being in no hurry to part ways with their talented wide-man, and Pedro himself said to be very happy in London, Tuttosport (via TalkSport) have today suggested that Serie A champions Juventus are keeping close tabs on the former Barca youth star, with a possible view to a January bid.
Bianconeri boss Max Allegri is rumoured to be a long-term fan of the talents of the experienced Spaniard, and sees his ability to play on either wing as a desirable characteristic for his 4-2-3-1 formation.
However, unless Pedro falls majorly down the pecking order in the English capital over the coming months, a move to Turin looks unlikely for the time being.
