Juve want Ramsey
Juventus are moving closer to a deal for Aaron Ramsey.
The Serie A side want to add the midfielder to their team this summer.
Not only is Ramsey a great player and one that would be very suited to Serie A, he’s also free.
His deal is running down at Arsenal.
Initially, Ramsey was willing to sign a new one.
Arsenal had also put a deal for £150,000 per week on the table.
However, the Gunners then rescinded the offer, with manager Unai Emery keen to bring in his own players.
Given Mesut Ozil is on £350,000 per week, Arsenal cannot afford to splash wages on other players.
Now, Sky Sports report Juve are getting closer to a deal.
Arsenal’s direction under Emery
One thing that is clear about the current Arsenal side is they will not carry passengers.
Manager Unai Emery has played hardball at times.
‘Ozil played very well… we want a Mesut like today’

No one has seen that more than Mesut Ozil.
Ozil has been in and out of the squad, however, he’s now back in the good books.

Ozil was good on the weekend, and even skippered the side.
Given his talent, and the long term contract, it’s in both Ozil and Emery’s interests to learn how to work together and be able to produce on the field and in the dressing room.
