Liverpool star Emre Can is a player in demand with his contract set to run down in the summer and Juventus have made their interest known.
The German midfielder is available for free at the end of the season and he is a very talented player to sign for nothing.
That has alerted clubs far and wide to his availability while Liverpool do all they can to try and tie him down to a new deal.
While there is still a chance of the player signing a new deal at Anfield, there is no sign of an imminent renewal.
That has sent clubs such as Juventus on the offensive and the Turin giants are looking to charm the player.
While they know they will not be the only club looking to sign him, they will be looking to do all they can to sign him.
Now, Juventus chief Giuseppe Marotti has spoken out about their interest in the player.
While he lauds praise on the player, he has also warned that they will simply move onto other targets if he is not interested.
“He is one of the most interesting players on the market today, for his talent, but also because his contract ends next June,” he explained.
“It’s normal that (his) situation has attracted a number of suitors for him as a player.
“We know we will face competition from the best clubs in the world. The final decision is up to the player himself.
“If he decides to come to Turin we will be happy, otherwise we will look for other solutions.”
