Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic has limped off injured whilst in action for Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to Sport Mediaset.
The 28-year-old was forced off after 83 minutes with the extent and location of the injury currently unclear.
Goals from Haris Duljevic and Edin Dzeko helped Bosnia claim three points as they defeated Northern Ireland 2-1.

Juventus have been dealt a potentially big injury blow with the news of Miralem Pjanic going off early against Northern Ireland.
Bosnia and Herzegovina’s manager Robert Prosinecki has confirmed that the midfielder was withdrawn due to an injury.
However, Prosinecki was unable to confirm any more details on the matter.
After 83 minutes, Pjanic was substituted with his side leading 2-0.

Juventus will be hoping for good news for the Bosnian with key fixtures approaching.
The Bianconeri face Sassuolo in Serie A on Sunday, September 16 as they look to maintain their perfect start to the season.
Juve have so far claimed a maximum of nine points from their first three fixtures.
Following their next Serie A clash, Juventus take on Valencia in the Champions League.
Pjanic recently suffered a muscle injury against SS Lazio although made a quick recovery.
Bosnia are scheduled to face Austria on Wednesday, by when the extent of the injury should be known.
