Supporters of Scottish giants Rangers have taken to social media in numbers on Tuesday, to make their frustrations with one member of the club’s squad clear.
The Gers, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
In the first of two legs, Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s troops welcomed Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven to Ibrox, aware that a victory would put them in prime position to book a spot in this season’s Champions League group stages.
When all was said and done, however, despite boasting a late lead, Rangers were forced to settle for a share of the spoils.
This came after goals on the part of both Antonio Colak and Tom Lawrence cancelled out Ibrahim Sangare’s first-half opener, only for Armando Obispo to bag a decisive equaliser ten minutes from time.
And, evidently, those of a Rangers persuasion have since been left altogether disappointed by their side’s eventual stalemate on Tuesday night.
In turn, a number of key members of Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s squad have been singled out for heavy criticism.
It is one player in particular, though, who has been on the receiving end of more widespread condemnation than any other.
The individual in question? Scott Wright.
