Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has this afternoon provided updates on a quartet of the club’s stars, ahead of their meeting with Huddersfield.
Liverpool vs Huddersfield
The Reds are set to welcome Premier League basement-dwellers Huddersfield to Anfield tomorrow night, for their latest league outing.
Klopp’s men will head into proceedings having been ousted from their spot atop the English top-flight once again last night, following Manchester City’s 2-0 derby win at Old Trafford.

A 3-point haul for Liverpool tomorrow, though, would see them, at least temporarily, reclaim leadership of the Premier League, ahead of City’s meeting with Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
With 3 fixtures remaining, the table looks as follows:
Salah to feature, Fabinho a doubt
As such, ahead of his side’s latest outing in their quest to secure Premier League glory, Jurgen Klopp has this afternoon provided a fitness update on his squad.
Speaking in an interview with Liverpool’s official website, the German tactician first allayed any fears that Mohamed Salah would not be at 100% tomorrow night, after the Egyptian travelled to New York for the TIME magazine gala:
‘Of course, he can miss one session. That’s what he did. Today he will be in training. Everything will be fine again. He’s back and everything will be fine.’
The news was less positive on Fabinho and Adam Lallana, though, with Dejan Lovren also in doubt to feature versus Huddersfield:
‘All a bit questionable, we don’t know exactly in the moment. We will have to see today.’
‘We gave them all a proper rest. Dejan trained yesterday so that’s OK probably and the other two we will see.’
