Looking at Man United
Manchester United were analysed on Monday Night Football on Sky Sports. That’s after the Red Devils drew 0-0 with Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.
Many people have criticised Jose Mourinho’s tactics against Liverpool.
Mourinho is being slammed for adopting negative tactics against the Reds, while the match turned out to be a bit of a bore.
Jamie Carragher on Jose Mourinho
But for Jamie Carragher, he had “no problem” with the way Mourinho lined up his Man United side.
Indeed, Carragher seemed to turn the spotlight on Jurgen Klopp as he wondered why Liverpool were unable to break their opponents down.
However, Carragher did draw attention to Mourinho’s away record against the top six in recent times.
In something of a surprise, Mourinho’s only points in his last 10 away games against top 6 Premier League opposition have come in goalless draws.
Surely that’s an obvious pattern which will concern Man United fans.
Watch Carragher’s analysis below.

Romelu Lukaku’s big 6 problem
Another player who came in for a bit of stick this weekend was Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku is the Premier League’s top scorer right now with seven goals in eight games.
But is the Belgian striker a flat track bully? Many believe Lukaku is only able to bag goals against the lessor lights, but he struggles to find the target when the big games come around.
In damning career stats, Lukaku has only scored 15 goals against the top six in 58 matches.
The good news for Lukaku is next weekend Man United take on Huddersfield Town.
