The Sun on Sunday report that Joe Hart could well be on his way back to the Premier League after Leicester City started to plan for life without Kasper Schmeichel.
Manchester City are keen on their former keeper and are preparing to bring him back to the club, meaning the current Premier League Champions need a replacement.
Said replacement looks like coming in the form of Joe Hart, who is of course on loan in Serie A currently with Torino.
Hart might be missed by Manchester City fans after the form of Claudio Bravo – or the lack of it more aptly, but there doesn’t seem to be a way back under the current City manager for the England number one.
Bravo is out
One thing that does seem on the cards is the exit of Claudio Bravo, with the player himself looking unhappy at the club and his form convincing manager Pep Guardiola that he needs to look elsewhere – and that seems to be at Leicester, with Schmeichel.
Poor goalkeeping seems to have been a recurring theme this season in the Premier League, with Manchester City far from the only club to suffer, and with the January transfer window approaching, it could well be an interesting time ahead.
