Bayern Munich 0 – AC Milan 4
There was a stunning result in pre-season Saturday, as AC Milan beat Bayern Munich 4-0.
The Rossoneri have been one of Europe’s biggest buyers in the summer transfer market, as several of their new signings played in the Bayern game.
Leonardo Bonucci came on in the second half to make his Milan debut.
The match also saw Franck Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu score their first Milan goals, either side of a double from young striker Patrick Cutrone.
James Rodriguez highlights
Bayern’s big summer signing is James Rodriguez.
The Colombian has joined from Real Madrid on a two year loan deal.
James came off the bench at the break for Franck Ribery, and the South American had an assured performance for the Bavarians.
Leonardo Bonucci debut
As for Bonucci, who has joined Milan from Juventus, the Italian centre-half was introduced to a rapturous reception with just under half an hour to play.
The Azzurri legend pinged off a few long passes in his first showing for the Rossoneri.
