Inter Milan have joined the race for PSG midfielder Marco Verratti, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italians are prepared to spend €65 million on the player who has recently been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal.
The 23-year-old was recently involved in a touchline argument with manager Unai Emery, after being substituted in a 0-0 draw with Marseille.
Juventus are another club who have been linked with the player, but Inter’s bid – backed by their new Chinese owners – would blow the interested trio out of the water.
Inter Milan on Tuesday confirmed the sacking of manager Frank De Boer after just 11 league matches in charge.
Inter lie 12th in the Serie A table, having won just four of their 11 matches so far.
The final straw for De Boer was his side’s 1-0 loss to Sampdoria on the weekend.
