Brazilian superstar Neymar today reached a remarkable milestone in his career, after netting a brace during PSG’s clash with Bordeaux.
The two sides went head-to-head in a Ligue 1 showdown at the Parc des Princes, with the home side sitting pretty atop the table, while the visitors were also flying high in third place.
Recent trouble in the PSG camp had seemingly been put to bed over the last few days, with Unai Emery’s men having looked a formidable proposition in putting Bayern Munich to the sword by three goals to nil in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
And the goalscoring exploits of the capital giants showed no signs of slowing this afternoon, with Neymar putting the table-toppers in front after just 5 minutes with a sumptuous free-kick.

Edinson Cavani soon made it two, courtesy of an assist from the Brazilian, before Thomas Meunier ended the clash as a contest with just 21 minutes on the clock.
But the goals didn’t stop there, with Neymar having helped himself to another after 40 minutes.
No PSG penalty drama this time!

With the blessing of teammate Cavani, the most expensive player in history confidently slotted home from the penalty spot, marking a momentous achievement.
Incredibly, the goal stood as Neymar’s 300th of his career, despite the former Barcelona star being just 25 years old.
