Manchester City have received a huge boost in relation to David Silva ahead of their Premier League game against Bournemouth tomorrow.
That boost comes in the form of David Silva who the club have confirmed trained late on Friday evening ahead of the clash.
The Spanish midfielder was a surprise omission from the squad against Tottenham last week that prompted talk of an injury.
Instead, in the past few days the club have confirmed that the player has been left out for ‘personal reasons’ and the Spanish press refuted that.
Respecting the player privacy, the reports simply claimed that he was back at home in Valencia with his family but there was no indication on when he would be back.
Pep Guardiola furthered that by claiming even he doesn’t know when Silva will be back, clearly giving the player all the time he needs.
This comes after the player really hit form this season, showing off some of the best football he has in his Manchester City career.
Now, the club have confirmed on their social media pages that the player trained on Friday night in a late session ahead of their game on Saturday.
That will come as a nice early Christmas present for the Man City fans who will be hoping the player is back this weekend.

Sergio Aguero’s Manchester City future in fresh doubt
While Man City veteran David Silva looks set to stay at the Etihad for years to come, one familiar face isn’t.
That is because Sergio Aguero’s future under Pep Guardiola is once again in doubt.
The player was set to leave the club last season but a move did not come to fruition and was promised change to stay.
Though, it looks like enough is enough for Aguero.
